Ingredients

Carrots
sliced
1
Banana
chopped
1
orange
sliced
1
tsp
chia seeds
Instructions
First, peel (if desired) and slice your carrots. Then steam them until they are soft.
While the carrots are steaming, peel and cut up the banana in thirds or fourths. Place in blender.
Then, peel your orange and place segments in blender.
Once carrots are steamed, add those to the blender along with the chia seeds.
Blend until smooth/no large chunks remain.
Serve immediately.
